Job summary

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience delivering RFI and RFP responses with technical solutioning.
• Experience architecting and deploying solutions across multiple programs.
• Proven leadership, decisive judgment, and communication skills.
• Experience in IRAD/CRAD planning and execution.
• Cross-program knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage IRAD efforts end-to-end from concept to results.
• Lead cross-organization technical collaboration on IRADs and captures.
• Analyze roadmaps to identify capabilities and market opportunities.
• Consult on system architectures for key development programs.
• Support IP and data-rights stewardship from conception to delivery.
