Job summary

This role bridges Business Development, Strategy, and Technology across multiple programs. Responsibilities include leading IRAD efforts, guiding technical roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years experience or Master’s with 12+ years or PhD with 10+ years.
• Active DoD Secret or higher security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Experience leading or participating in responses to 5+ proposal solicitations.
• IRAD planning and execution experience.
• Strong technical leadership and cross-program collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing IRAD efforts for the Mission Data Management OU with planning and oversight.
• Leading cross-organizational technical collaboration on IRAD and capture activities.
• Ensuring the OU's technical vision aligns with BU/Division objectives.
• Ensuring processes and procedures meet quality standards across the OU.
• Consulting or leading technical solutioning for capture efforts and proposal reviews.
