You will provide senior technical vision, govern architectures, and mentor senior engineers while aligning solutions with DoD/NIST guidance and mission priorities.

This role partners with DARPA leadership and program offices to define roadmaps, standards, and modernizations that drive secure, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field from an accredited university.
• 12+ years of full-time relevant professional experience
• IAT/IAM Level II or III Certification.
• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Successfully pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority for enterprise engineering and modernization.
• Define and maintain strategic engineering roadmaps and reference architectures.
• Lead secure, scalable architectures across AWS, Azure, on-premises, and classified environments.
• Establish engineering standards and governance across enterprise initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership in SOA, cloud-native platforms, and hybrid solutions.
• Mentor engineers and architects, fostering innovation and excellence.
