Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business management, or related field.
• 12+ years of full-time relevant professional experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, tracking, and reporting for engineering and infrastructure modernization projects.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, project timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate matrixed engineering resources across cloud, networking, cybersecurity, systems engineering, and DevSecOps teams.
• Manage project budgets, labor allocations, burn rates, and cost performance.
• Monitor scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Facilitate coordination between government stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Provide executive-level reporting on schedule, cost, risks, and performance.
• Support Agile project execution methodologies and staffing plans.
• Develop project plans and technology roadmaps.
