Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Over 10 years in application support or technical operations with lead experience.
• Expert SQL skills with complex data analysis and performance tuning.
• Experience with enterprise banking or financial services applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of the technical application team and incidents.
• Lead major incident response and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate releases, deployments, and post-release validation.
• Mentor analysts and ensure runbooks and knowledge articles are up to date.
• Coordinate vendor support and governance with ITIL-aligned controls.
