Formación

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for incidents, service requests, and general questions via approved channels.
• Create and maintain accurate tickets with issue details, impact, and resolution status.
• Use knowledge articles and tools to provide initial support for Windows, M365, printers, and devices.
• Perform password resets, account unlocks, and basic access troubleshooting.
• Escalate issues to Level 2 or vendor teams when needed.
• Protect confidential information and follow security and records-retention policies.
