First Financial is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst I in Abilene, Texas. This in-office role provides first contact support for technology incidents, service requests, and access, following established procedures and documenting all actions.

• High school diploma or equivalent; no prior IT experience required.
• Foundational familiarity with Windows, web browsers, email, and basic IT concepts.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for incidents, service requests, and general support questions received through approved channels (phone, portal).
• Create and maintain accurate tickets detailing issue, impact, and resolution steps.
• Provide initial triage using documented procedures for Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, printers, and basic apps.
• Perform password resets, account unlocks, and basic access troubleshooting per security requirements.
• Escalate to Level 2 or other teams when issues require advanced support or security review.
