Job summary

Dunn-Edwards Corporation is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to plan, design, implement, and support IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and lead infrastructure initiatives, providing Tier 3 escalation and hands-on administration.

The role focuses on Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, and hybrid cloud technologies, with strong emphasis on security controls and incident response. Location is Commerce, CA, on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in computer science, CIS, MIS, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive infrastructure and systems administration experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure, including users, servers, virtualization, cloud services, backups, DR, and security controls.
• Experience with vendors, stakeholders, clients, network engineering, and technical staff to configure and improve infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure initiatives and provide Tier 3 escalation support.
• Administer and support hybrid infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, AWS, VMware.
• Research, design, document, and support software/hardware functionality across production life cycle.
• Ensure security best practices and compliance alignment.
• Mentor junior to mid-level administrators through implementation and handoff.
