Data Analysis Inc. is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer III to join our infrastructure team.

You will lead multiple infrastructure projects spanning on‑premises and cloud environments, server and storage platforms, and related networking and database architecture to support our growing business. You will spend roughly 40% on operational support and 60% on planned project work, acting as a hands‑on technical leader who improves reliability, security, efficiency, and scalability while

Responsibilities

Lead multiple infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade on-premises and cloud data center infrastructure.
Support server environments, storage, applications, hardware, and related infrastructure technologies.
Verify, implement, and govern enterprise best practices for availability, performance, and security.
Lead security audit initiatives (HITRUST, SOC 2) and related compliance efforts.
Participate in an on-call rotation.
Work one weekend day per month, with corresponding time off.
Train, mentor, and support junior engineers.
Lead technical troubleshooting efforts for infrastructure, network, storage, and application issues.
Facilitate interdepartmental meetings and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
Research, evaluate, and perform proof-of-concept testing for new technologies.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with end users, vendors, managers, and internal teams.
Support change management processes and ensure production changes are properly planned, communicated, and documented.
