Harvard Business School is seeking an AI Technical Product Manager to bridge AI capabilities with real-world product applications. You will work with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to translate business needs into technical specifications and drive AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable value.

The role requires five+ years of post-secondary education or related work, a strong ML background, and experience with cloud platforms.

Formación

• Minimum of five years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; 2+ years AI/ML product experience.
• Strong understanding of ML concepts, algorithms, and deployment architectures.
• Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Proven track record shipping AI-powered products and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Balance innovation with practical implementation and assess technical feasibility.
• Establish success metrics and KPIs for AI product initiatives.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to translate requirements into specs.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements; evaluate model selection and data needs.
• Prioritize features with engineering and design teams; oversee the development lifecycle.
• Oversee testing, retraining, and monitoring of AI models in production.
• Ensure responsible AI practices including fairness, transparency, and privacy.
