You will collaborate with sales, operations, technology, and partnerships to implement solutions and measurable growth.

The role emphasizes leading teams, evaluating new technologies, and aligning initiatives with safety and customer service objectives. A strong agronomy background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Business, Agricultural Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years' progressively responsible experience in agronomy/precision agriculture/technical agronomy services.
• Fifteen or more years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives that advance AgState's agronomy business and support long-term goals.
• Provide leadership for agronomy programs, precision ag initiatives, and digital platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve agronomic services, increase efficiency, and drive growth.
• Lead and develop teams across agronomy sales, operations, technology, and other functions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends for potential value at AgState.
• Oversee evaluation and adoption of technology solutions improving recommendations and customer service.
