You will collaborate with sales, operations, technology, and partners to deliver measurable results across the agronomy portfolio.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, program development, and effective teams management. A deep agronomy background and track record in technology-enabled solutions are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in agronomy, precision agriculture, or related fields.
• Fifteen or more years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives that advance AgState's agronomy business and support long-term goals.
• Provide leadership for agronomy programs, precision agriculture initiatives, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve agronomic services, enhance customer value, increase efficiency, and support profitable growth.
• Lead and develop teams while fostering collaboration across agronomy sales, operations, technology, and other functions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to determine potential value and applicability.
