IREX seeks a Senior Technical Advisor II to support donor-funded programs around digital transformation and information landscapes and contribute to partner support, technical assistance, implementation follow-up, MEL, and new program start-up and business development efforts.
The Senior Technical Advisor II will provide hands‑on technical and coordination support for assigned programming. This role will help strengthen participating organizations, coordinate technical assistance and partner deliverables, contribute to reporting and learning, and support risk‑aware adaptation of program activities. The position will also contribute to the start‑up of new program activities and proposal development as needed.
