Job summary

IREX invites applicants for a Senior Technical Advisor II to support donor-funded programs in digital transformation and information landscapes. The role oversees technical assistance, partner coordination, and MEL, with startup and business development input as needed.

Fluency in Spanish and English, a related bachelor's degree (master's preferred), and 12+ years' progressive experience are required. Guatemala work authorization is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; master's degree highly preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience, or a master's degree and 11 years of experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical and coordination support for donor-funded programs.
• Coordinate and support technical assistance activities for participating organizations and partner deliverables.
• Assist with monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and adaptive management activities.
• Support the start-up of new program activities and proposal development as needed.
• Coordinate risk-aware adaptation and ensure learning across implementation.
