Executive Staffing Group (ESG) seeks a Manager – CFO Advisory & Technical Accounting to lead advisory engagements for CFOs and accounting leadership, resolving complex technical accounting matters and strengthening financial reporting.

The role blends hands-on technical work with project management and client relationship development, requiring strong communication and leadership for IPO readiness, capital markets activity, and transformative finance processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA or equivalent qualification.
• 5–8+ years in public accounting or advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience researching complex accounting matters.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Research, analyze, and document complex accounting issues under US GAAP.
• Advise on ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805, ASC 718, ASC 815.
• Support preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures.
• Assist with SEC reporting including Form 10-K, 10-Q, S-1.
• Evaluate accounting policies and new standards.
• Support IPO readiness and capital markets activities.
• Lead client engagements and manage teams.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams.
• Develop client relationships and growth opportunities.
