Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience researching ASC guidance and applying technical accounting standards.
• Public accounting, SEC reporting, or corporate technical accounting experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Research, analyze, and document technical accounting issues under U.S. GAAP.
• Interpret and apply ASC guidance to complex transactions and accounting matters.
• Prepare accounting memos and supporting documentation for management and external auditors.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements.
• Maintain and update accounting policies to ensure compliance with current accounting standards.
