• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA required.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience, Big 4 preferred.
• Experience with SEC filings, US GAAP and IFRS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve complex accounting issues under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Prepare and maintain accounting policies and documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors and business leadership on policies and disclosures.
• Manage financial reporting implications for new contracts and transactions.
