Qualifications

• Requires strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.Must be able to research complex accounting guidance and articulate conclusions clearly.
• Experience with SEC reporting requirements, including 10-K/10-Q filings and related disclosures.
• Exposure to stock-based compensation, ASC 606, ASC 842, and policy development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial reports for SEC compliance.
• Support development of disclosures, supporting schedules, and external reporting materials.
• Research complex accounting matters and assess impact on financial statements.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures for consistent reporting.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and assess regulatory impact.
• Collaborate with auditors and cross-functional teams on technical accounting matters.
• Evaluate new business transactions for proper accounting treatment.
• Prepare technical memoranda documenting research and conclusions.
