• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities.

• Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings, including financial statements, footnotes, schedules, and XBRL documentation.
• Assist with technical accounting research and documentation for significant transactions and new guidance.
• Analyze cash flows, equity compensation, leases, and other financial reporting areas.
• Support maintenance and evaluation of internal controls over financial reporting.
• Coordinate information requests with external auditors and internal stakeholders during reviews and audits.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation tool implementation.
