Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience; public company experience preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required or actively pursuing.
• Understanding of GAAP is required; experience with SEC reporting is a plus.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with disclosure management tools and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings (Forms 10-Q/10-K) and related disclosures.
• Prepare monthly consolidated cash flow statements and supporting workpapers.
• Coordinate with auditors on quarterly reviews and annual audits; assist with tax compliance data requests.
• Lead for 401(k) audit and related forms; support proxy statement disclosures.
• Research complex accounting transactions and prepare memos on guidance and disclosures.
• Maintain and update accounting policy manuals and standardization efforts.
