You will coordinate the close and reporting calendar, design and maintain SOX internal controls, and drive process improvements to strengthen financial accuracy and compliance. This role is pivotal in our earthtech mission and growth.

• Research and analyze complex accounting matters under U.S. GAAP, draft technical accounting memos, support SEC reporting (10-K/10-Q/8-K), coordinate close and reporting calendars, design and maintain SOX internal controls, and drive process improvements.
