Job summary

Delve Deeper is seeking an experienced Client Platform Specialist to guide enterprise clients across multiple ad tech platforms, ensuring optimized implementation and ongoing success. You will lead onboarding, configuration, and performance reviews while collaborating with internal teams and partners.

The role requires strong English communication, deep platform know-how, and a knack for translating technical requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of client-facing responsibilities in digital marketing or tech.
Hands-on with DV360, SA360, CM360 and GA4 implementations.
Experience with Amazon DSP and/or Adform and other DSPs.
Excellent storytelling and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME across partner platforms including DV360, CM360, SA360, Amazon DSP, TTD and more.
Guide clients on platform architecture, feature adoption, and performance optimization.
Drive end-to-end client onboarding and account transitions.
Oversee license creation, billing enablement, initial configuration, and go-live.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical blockers with stakeholders.
Coordinate between clients, internal teams, and vendor support for escalations.
Partner with PMs on QBRs and strategic account planning.
Identify commercial opportunities across Delve Deeper’s tech stack.
Develop implementation playbooks, guides, and interactive training sessions.
Monitor platform updates, roadmaps, beta features, and opportunities.
Track account health and usage metrics to mitigate churn; preserve value.
Mentor interns and junior technical specialists; maintain knowledge bases.
