Job summary

Hypori, Inc. seeks a hands‑on Technical Account Manager to own the technical relationship for a portfolio of federal and commercial customers.

You will guide deployment, configuration, and onboarding across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Product to ensure successful adoption and renewal. You will advise on IAM, SSO/SAML, MFA, and network configurations, manage escalations, and help drive platform health reviews and QBRs with the Customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical account management or similar post‑sale role in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Hands‑on IT and security experience including IAM, SSO, MFA, networking, and OS administration.
• Experience deploying or supporting cloud solutions on AWS or Azure.
• Track record of managing escalations across enterprise/government accounts.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to administrators, security teams, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for an assigned portfolio of federal and commercial customers.
• Guide customers through deployment, configuration, and onboarding across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments.
• Advise on identity and access integration (SSO, SAML, PIV/CAC) and related security controls.
• Own technical escalations, partnering with Support, Engineering, and Product to drive resolution.
• Lead technical check‑ins, platform health reviews, and the technical portion of QBRs with the Customer Success Manager.
• Monitor usage and environment health to spot risk and recommend optimizations to drive adoption.
• Provide configuration evidence and documentation for ATO, accreditation, and compliance reviews.
• Plan and coordinate upgrades and new releases within each customer’s change control process.
• Train customer admins and SI staff to become self‑sufficient.
• Bring customer feature requests to Product and Engineering and advocate for customer needs.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals with Customer Success and Sales.
• Build reusable assets like runbooks, deployment guides, and knowledge base articles.
