Job summary

Hypori, Inc.—a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS company—is seeking a hands-on Technical Account Manager focused on federal accounts to join the Customer Success team. You will be the trusted technical advisor for a portfolio of commercial and government customers, guiding deployment, configuration, and adoption while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Product.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical account management, solutions engineering, or similar post-sale role in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
Hands-on enterprise IT and security experience including IAM, networking, and Linux/Windows administration.
Experience deploying or supporting cloud-based solutions on AWS, Azure, or government clouds.
Proven track record managing escalations across enterprise/government accounts.
Ability to explain technical topics to admins, security teams, and executives.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for an assigned portfolio of commercial and federal customers.
Guide customers through deployment, configuration, and onboarding across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
Advise on identity and access integration (SSO, SAML, MFA), app delivery, device policies, and network configuration.
Own technical escalations, driving issues to resolution with cross-functional teams.
Lead technical check-ins and platform health reviews alongside the CS Manager.
Monitor usage and environment health to spot risk early and drive adoption.
Provide configuration evidence for ATO, accreditation, and compliance reviews.
Plan upgrades/releases within each customer’s change control process.
Train customer admins and SI staff for self-sufficiency.
Capture customer feature requests and advocate for needs with Product/Engineering.
Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals with CS and Sales.
Build reusable runbooks, deployment guides, and knowledge base articles.
