Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a Senior Tech Writer in Coppell, TX to lead and improve enterprise documentation for diverse audiences. You will craft user guides, procedures, FAQs, and runbooks, establishing standards and templates to ensure consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, knowledge management, documentation, or related field.
• Proven experience leading or supporting enterprise documentation and knowledge management initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise knowledge base, content management, or service management platforms.
• Experience developing documentation standards, templates, style guides, and content governance practices.
• Experience collaborating with technical subject matter experts to research and validate information.
• Experience using AI-assisted writing tools with an understanding of appropriate review and fact-checking practices.
• Working knowledge of information technology concepts and common technical processes.
• Strong editing, research, organization, and information management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
• Experience supporting IT, security, financial services, or other regulated environments is a plus.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
