Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an AVP, Technology Integration Manager to lead technology integration efforts for advisor affiliate acquisitions. You will coordinate with product, delivery, and security teams to ensure successful onboarding and seamless technology delivery across multiple models.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in complex tech programs, due diligence, and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on delivering transparent, measurable outcomes and maintaining strong advisor

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex technology programs or integrations.
• 5+ years as technology lead or integration lead with cross-functional teams.
• Experience due diligence, integration planning and onboarding for acquisitions.
• Working knowledge of enterprise tech environments including networking and security.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary tech contact for Advisor Affiliate acquisitions and oversee solutions.
• Capture requirements, coordinate with infra, network, and domain owners, and drive resolutions.
• Manage intake and planning of resources for the L&S pipeline including funding and hardware.
• Lead site discovery with infosec, network and infra to mitigate risk during conversions.
• Define scope, dependencies, risks and tradeoffs for each acquisition.
• Develop repeatable processes to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Set metrics, provide transparency on execution, and report to leadership.
• Create reports and presentations for SVP+, C-suite, and board readiness.
• Understand advisor/investor tech ecosystems and integration needs.
• Coach team members and review progress with business partners.
