Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Business Experience Planning & Administration within its Technology organization, based in Denver, CO or Pittsburgh, PA. This role leads a team of 6–7 professionals focused on third-party vendor management, governance, contract oversight, and cross-functional partnerships.

The position drives strategic initiatives, program maturation, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with risk, compliance, and enterprise standards in a regulated

Qualifications

• Experience in business planning, operations, vendor management, and third-party risk management.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5–7+ people.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across multiple functions.
• Knowledge of vendor governance and contract administration.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6–7 professionals in technology third-party vendor management and governance processes.
• Develop strategic initiatives to improve maturity and scalability of the vendor program.
• Partner with Technology, Sourcing, Legal, Risk, Procurement, and Finance to support objectives.
• Oversee review, analysis, approval, and administration of vendor contracts and SOWs.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting to monitor program effectiveness.
