Qualifications

• Experience in program/project management within technology, operations, or enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical abilities with data-driven reporting.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to manage scope, resources, budgets, and schedules across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of Agile Ways of Working (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience supporting CIO or senior technology leadership.
• Proficiency with PM tools and dashboards.
• PMP or equivalent certification/experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program teams to execute organizational programs aligned to strategy.
• Manage planning, oversight, and reporting across multiple segments.
• Oversee program budgets and forecasting.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
