Qualifications

• University/college degree required.
• Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years.
• Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery cohesion across technology workforce-related domains and align priorities.
• Orchestrate cross-functional inputs and interlocks with HR, Finance, Sourcing, Risk/Controls.
• Facilitate operating rhythms and executive reporting for workforce pillar of Technology Strategy.
• Streamline operational processes to maximize efficiency and value.
• Manage workforce-related operational risks within the technology workforce risk framework.
• Apply program management rigor to deliver initiatives and track partner engagement.
• Enable scaling of technology's global operating model through offshore delivery.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and sequence workforce demand across portfolios.
• Enable scalable cross-functional workforce planning and calibration.
