Job summary

PNC is seeking a Program Manager II to support its Technology Execution function within the President’s CIO group. Based in Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX, you will oversee cross‑functional programs, partner with senior leaders, and ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope.

The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder communication, and experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe). A university degree and 5+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required; 5+ years of industry experience in program management.
• Experience supporting CIO or senior technology/business leadership.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and scheduling skills; data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strategic program update materials for executive stakeholders.
• Partner with technology directors, business leads, and senior stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic objectives.
• Monitor resource allocation, staffing, and cost forecasts across multiple initiatives.
• Leverage dashboards and KPI tracking to support executive readouts.
• Analyze financials and program metrics to support forecasting and decision-making.
• Drive Agile Ways of Working enhancements across multiple crews/wings.
• Deliver clear, high-quality presentations to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to governance, standards, and project delivery frameworks.
