PNC is seeking a Senior Business Experience & Planning Advisor to oversee workforce planning and execution within Technology Business Operations. Based in Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX, you will guide demand prioritization, work placement strategies, and enable scalable delivery across a 17,000+ person technology organization.

You will partner with HR, shared services, and technology stakeholders to improve transparency, drive outcomes, and ensure execution aligns with strategic operating model

Qualifications

• Experience in technology business management and partner interaction models.
• Strong Agile program/project management discipline and cadence.
• Experience with executive reporting and KPI/OKR/KRIs.
• Proven ability to streamline processes and reduce complexity.
• Fluent in data-driven decision making and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Drive cohesive technology workforce delivery by aligning cross-functional priorities and execution.
• Coordinate inputs from HR, Finance, Sourcing, Risk/Controls and partners to surface tradeoffs.
• Support operating rhythms and executive reporting for the workforce pillar of Technology Strategy.
• Manage operational risks and apply program management rigor to initiatives.
• Enable scaling of the global operating model and offshore delivery integration.
