Qualifications

• Experience leading IT in a resort/casino environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct IT department operations and staff to meet goals.
• Manage budgets and report to Executive Management/GM.
• Ensure governance, security, and regulatory compliance across systems.
• Collaborate with Corporate IT on standards, architecture, and governance.
• Plan, develop, and implement technology strategies aligned with business needs.
• Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
