Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field with 1–2 years of leadership/management experience.
• Subject matter knowledge of Gaming Operations.
• 2–3 years of experience with a wide range of systems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Directs IT department operations and staff to achieve performance and profit objectives.
• Manages scheduling to control labor costs while meeting guest satisfaction.
• Prepares and monitors budgets; reports deviations to executives.
• Promotes excellent customer service and ensures standards are followed.
• Collaborates with Corporate IT on governance, architecture, and standards.
• Plans and evaluates the property's information and technology functions.
• Translates strategic logic into operational plans and systems structures.
• Manages remote access processes.
• Advises on long-range planning and regulatory impacts on technical platforms.
• Develops integration strategies for efficient IT systems.
• Develops disaster recovery strategies for business continuance.
• Ensures adequate processing and storage capacity for growth.
• Reassesses information assets against competitors and markets.
