Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal seeks an experienced Commercial Attorney (Technology Transactions) for a client in the financial services sector. The role supports an in-house legal team, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements while collaborating with internal business stakeholders.

The candidate will handle MSAs, SOWs, vendor and professional services agreements, and partnerships, with emphasis on data privacy, cybersecurity and AI considerations.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active U.S. bar license required.
• 3+ years of legal experience.
• In-house experience preferred.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting technology, professional services, SaaS or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, vendor, professional services, and partnership agreements.
• Partner with sales, procurement, finance, and business teams to support transactions.
• Identify contractual risks related to data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI matters.
• Provide practical legal advice to move deals forward.
• Support contract negotiations from initial review through execution.
