Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney (Technology Transactions) for our client, a financial services organization. This short-term contract assignment will provide coverage for an in-house legal team and support the review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial agreements while partnering with internal business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar license.
• 3+ years of legal experience.
• Prior in-house experience strongly preferred.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting technology, professional services, SaaS or similar environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
• Draft, review, and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Draft and negotiate Vendor Agreements.
• Draft and negotiate Professional Services Agreements.
• Draft and negotiate Partnership and Alliance Agreements.
• Partner with sales, procurement, finance, and business teams to support commercial transactions.
• Identify and address contractual risks related to data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI matters.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to help move deals forward.
• Support contract negotiations from initial review through execution.
