Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Items and Offers Platform in Seattle, WA. You will drive cross-functional programs, translate ambiguous business goals into scalable platforms, and collaborate with customers and engineering teams to deliver high-impact features.

You will own roadmaps, define user stories, manage release schedules, and communicate progress to leadership while mitigating risks across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver complex cross-functional projects with sponsors and multiple teams.
• Create roadmaps, write user stories, and identify technical solutions.
• Communicate roadmap, plans and project status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with software teams to ensure high-quality solutions, guiding architecture and priorities.
• Engage with other teams to leverage existing technologies and build relationships.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage escalations, and balance business needs with constraints.
• Create and share project information with stakeholders.
