Job summary

Resourcive, part of the ScanSource family, seeks a Sr. Technology Sourcing Advisor in Greenville to lead end-to-end client engagements for technology procurement and implementation. You will supervise consultants and an implementation manager, coordinating across practice leads to deliver value on complex IT programs.

You will drive proactive client strategy, governance, and revenue growth while maintaining strict milestone discipline and close collaboration with private equity owners.

Qualifications

• Preferred Experience: minimum of 10 years of sales or consulting experience.
• Preferred Experience: minimum of 5 years in telecommunications, cloud, or IT consulting.
• Proven track record in managing C-level client relationships and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Client Advisory: advise technology leadership on sourcing and value engineering of tech products and services.
• Client Ownership & Engagement Management: own end-to-end client relationship and staff projects with the right consultants.
• Presales & Client Kickoff: participate in presales, vet opportunities, set engagement model and cadence.
• Governance: conduct governance calls with senior sponsors and report milestones to clients and PE owners.
• Opportunity Identification & Scope Expansion: identify opportunities to grow engagements beyond the initial initiative.
• Team Leadership: manage a team of consultants and an implementation manager, conduct daily standups.
• Cross-Practice Coordination: coordinate with technology leads across multiple projects for clients.
• Resource & Milestone Management: track deliverables and timelines for direct reports and leads.
• SOW Management: build and close SOWs for professional services fees and manage through signature.
• Deal Registration & Escalation: handle deal registrations and channel challenges.
• Technical & Financial Analysis: analyze spend data and present clear recommendations.
• Stakeholder Communication: lead meetings with C-level, technical, finance and PE stakeholders.
• Practice & Channel Development: identify new technology focus areas and expand wallet share.
• Process Improvement: work to improve processes, training and templates.
• Performance Reporting: maintain CRM data and performance reporting.
