Job summary

PNC seeks a Senior Manager, Technology Risk to lead third-party risk programs enterprise-wide, with base in Pittsburgh or other major hubs. You will set strategy, drive risk reduction, and partner with IS, Legal, Audit, and Vendor Management to ensure regulatory alignment.

You will manage a team of risk professionals, develop governance, metrics and reporting, and influence executive decision-making while building a strong risk-aware culture.

Qualifications

• University/collegedegree required; Masters/PhD or certifications desirable.
• 8+ years of industry experience in technology risk and vendor risk management.
• Experience leading teams with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Leads one or more large-scale technology risk functions or programs across domains.
• Establishes governance processes with clear accountability and standards.
• Directs risk identification and assessment focusing on emerging tech and strategic initiatives.
• Acts as advisor to senior technology leadership, influencing decision-making and escalation of risks.
• Oversees risk reporting, metrics, and analytics to strengthen risk culture.
