Huntington Bank seeks a Senior Technology Manager to advance enterprise resiliency governance, aligning technology risk with regulatory expectations. The role partners across Technology, Risk, Information Security, Business Continuity and governance to mature controls and reporting in a federated model.

The leader will influence strategy, drive accountability, and support regulatory exams and remediation efforts in a highly regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of related experience in regulated industries.
• Experience developing governance frameworks, risk controls, and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature technology resiliency policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Interpret regulatory guidance and ensure governance and controls are in place across federated environments.
• Present resiliency strategies, risk assessments, and program updates to executives and governance committees.
• Drive accountability and cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Audit and Business Continuity.
