Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Senior Technology Manager, Enterprise Resiliency Governance to advance our technology resiliency framework, governance practices, and regulatory compliance capabilities. This role partners with Technology, Risk, Information Security, and Business Continuity to ensure resiliency aligns with evolving regulatory expectations and industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
10+ years of experience in technology resilience, governance, or risk.
Professional certifications in resiliency or information security are preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and maturation of technology resiliency policies and governance frameworks.
Ensure alignment of resiliency programs with enterprise risk objectives and regulatory expectations.
Partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Technology leaders to establish and maintain controls.
Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor resiliency maturity and regulatory readiness.
Influence change across a federated operating model and enterprise stakeholders.
