Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent partnership experience, with meaningful experience supporting Software Engineering or other closely related technical functions.
• Track record partnering with senior hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success hiring passive technical talent in competitive markets.
• Strong experience using recruiting data to influence decisions and improve processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering from intake to close.
• Partner with Engineering leaders to define role scope, level, and search strategy based on business needs.
• Build and manage pipelines for Software Engineering talent, including passive outreach.
• Lead searches across senior and staff level engineers, engineering managers, and other hard-to-find talent.
• Conduct talent mapping for critical and future engineering needs, including incubation work.
• Use recruiting data and funnel insights to diagnose bottlenecks and inform decisions.
• Lead calibration conversations when reassessing expectations on level, comp, or availability.
• Create excellent candidate experience with clear communication and high-touch process management.
• Influence headcount planning with talent market insights and hiring data.
• Improve hiring quality by refining job descriptions and interview processes.
