Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience.
• FINRA Series 7 or ability to obtain within six months.
• 3+ years training experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, customer service, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technology-led, customized demonstrations for onboarding advisors and team members focusing on core tools.
• Learn the business of new advisors and build customized training plans for onboarding.
• Set up initial technology for VIP recruits, including remote access and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with end-clients to explain account openings and client website interactions.
• Drive adoption of the firm’s technology suite to boost productivity and profitability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional leads to support VIP recruits across divisions.
• Serve as a point of contact for Technology Training Managers and field-facing training.
• Deliver both virtual and in-person tech demos for prospective advisors and teams.
