Laminar in Somerville, MA is seeking a recruiter who can scale teams quickly while protecting culture and quality. You’ll own the full talent lifecycle across engineering, data, deployments, customer support and business roles, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Salary ranges from $85,000 to $140,000 per year with equity, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) matching, health coverage, and flexible PTO.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, including technical roles, in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• You’re obsessed with talent, love meeting smart people, and can convince them to join something meaningful.
• You don’t wait for candidates—you proactive sourcing and closing.
• You can manage high volume without lowering the bar.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end talent building across engineering, data, deployments, customer support and business roles.
• Pipeline generation and creative sourcing.
• Recruiting marketing, partnerships and employer branding development.
• Delivering a best-in-class candidate experience reflecting Laminar’s ambition.
• Partnering with hiring managers to define roles and move quickly.
• Contributing to onboarding and employee experience.
• Building scalable recruiting and People Ops systems.
• Supporting org chart design and compensation strategies.
