Upside is seeking a seasoned Recruiting Lead to drive full-lifecycle hiring for our B2C technology teams in a fast-growing environment. You will own the end-to-end recruiting process, from role launches to offers, and build scalable systems that scale with Upside’s rapid expansion.

You will partner with Hiring Managers and cross-functional leaders to maintain high standards, deliver strong candidate experiences, and create quality pipelines across Engineering, Product, and Data/Analytics

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting across multiple tech functions (Engineering, Product, Data/Analytics).
• Proven ability to move quickly while maintaining hiring standards and candidate experience.
• Strong multi-channel sourcing and outreach strategies across diverse audiences.
• Effective partner to Hiring Managers and leaders, with clear evaluation criteria and timelines.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-lifecycle recruiting end-to-end for B2C technology roles.
• Create intake conversations, align on success profiles, and set clear interview plans.
• Build and sustain strong candidate pipelines across channels.
• Maintain a disciplined, candidate-centered process with timely feedback and strong ATS hygiene.
• Design scalable recruiting systems, templates, and interviewer enablement.
