Job summary

Brex is seeking a talented Technical Recruiter for our SF hybrid office. You will partner with hiring managers to define team needs, source and assess candidates, and manage the full recruitment cycle from outreach to onboarding.

You will help attract diverse technical talent and champion Brex’s employer brand across channels. You will track hiring metrics, collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain fairness and efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for technical roles (software Eng, data, product) in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret recruiting metrics and improve processes.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and outreach for technical roles using various tools and platforms.
• Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes for a positive candidate experience.
• Provide updates to hiring managers on pipeline health and recruiting progress.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting systems and dashboards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and tools.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to drive engineering hiring initiatives.
• Attract and evaluate top engineering talent with strong AI experience and core technical skills.
