Job summary

Insight Global in the Cleveland, OH area is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning application development, infrastructure, cyber, facilities and security.

You will oversee multiple streams, partner with technical teams and executives, apply Waterfall or Agile methods as appropriate, manage plans and budgets, and communicate clear business-focused updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience in IT or facilities.
• PMP certification.
• Experience managing infrastructure, security, and facility projects.
• Knowledge of IAM, threats and vulnerabilities.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Planview or similar PPM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent projects (3+), including infrastructure upgrades, security initiatives, IAM enhancements, ERP implementations, application migrations, and facility relocations.
• Drive project delivery using Waterfall and Agile methodologies based on scope and risk.
• Collaborate with IT, security, facilities and business stakeholders to maintain alignment on scope and timelines.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and resources using Planview.
• Identify and address IAM, security threats and vulnerabilities risks.
• Develop and deliver concise updates and presentations to executive leadership, translating technical details into business impact.
• Maintain governance, documentation, and communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders, boosting delivery efficiency and outcomes.
