Job summary

Penguin Ai in the United States is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of complex health‑system implementations. You’ll coordinate Product, Engineering, Data, Clinical and customer IT teams from kickoff through go‑live, maintaining a trusted voice with executives and a relentlessly on‑time cadence.

You’ll drive technical design discussions, manage risk and dependencies, ensure security and compliance readiness, and hand off to Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent.
• Real technical depth: you’ve been a software engineer, solutions architect, or equivalent.
• Experience delivering enterprise healthcare implementations or launches.
• Genuine executive presence and excellent written communication.
• PMP, SAFe, or similar credentials valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle for enterprise health‑system implementations.
• Lead architecture discussions and translate requirements into scoped engineering work.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and go‑live readiness; drive decision cadence.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Data, Clinical, and customer IT teams.
• Present status and decisions to executives, from VP to CIO, with clarity.
