Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end enterprise implementations across product, engineering, data, clinical, and customer IT teams. You’ll drive kickoff, planning, go-live, and post-launch hypercare to ensure on-time delivery within scope and high customer satisfaction.

You will lead governance, risk management, security reviews, API integrations, and HIPAA/SOC 2 coordination, coordinating UAT, deployment readiness, and executive updates.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large, cross-functional programs with external customers.
• Ability to interpret architecture diagrams, API specs, and data models.
• Proven track record of enterprise program leadership in tech companies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise implementations across multiple teams.
• Drive governance, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Lead go-live readiness, cutover planning, and post-launch support.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, risk assessments, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate security, HIPAA, SOC 2 reviews, and BAAs as needed.
• Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise clients and stakeholders.
