Job summary

Trase Systems is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager (L6) to lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI-enabled healthcare programs across multiple teams and stakeholders. You will own discovery through production launch, navigate regulatory considerations, and drive governance and readiness for go-live.

You will partner with clinical, operational, IT, security, and executive stakeholders to surface risks, define scope, and ensure successful delivery with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management or related roles.
• Experience delivering software or platforms in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Experience with enterprise customers and executives.
• Strong fluency in APIs, data flows, cloud, security, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex healthcare programs from discovery to production.
• Collaborate with clinicians, IT, security, and executives to define workflows and success metrics.
• Translate customer needs into executable scope, milestones, and ownership.
• Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, AI/ML, platform, and governance teams.
• Lead program reviews, executive readouts, and go-live readiness assessments.
• Create reusable playbooks and templates from deployment lessons.
