Qualifications

• 8+ years in program or project management within technology or enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting CIOs, executives, and board-level stakeholders.
• Ability to create executive-level materials with clear storytelling and visuals.
• Experience coaching program managers and leading through influence.
• Advanced planning for large, complex programs with multiple dependencies.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio management skills.
• Deep knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and scaling practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, data visualization tools, and reporting platforms.
• Bachelor's degree required; related certifications or equivalent experience considered.

• Oversee governance, standards, and controls for programs.
• Mentor other program managers and promote Agile practices.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery teams.
